Had a fab time with my friends! The metro station was just a short walk away, making it easy to reach the historical centre in under 10 minutes. The staff were super helpful, and we really enjoyed the classy breakfast. One night, we even took a trip in a Lancia Thema limousine, which made our adventure even more special!
One downside was the parking garage entry. it's quite tricky and requires some skill to navigate the automatic lift system. It's a bit stressful if you're not used to it.

The hotel's outstanding breakfast and warm, attentive staff truly enhanced the experience. The family suite was spacious and comfortable, providing great amenities. the sauna facilities were somewhat limited, and the tranquil setting was affected by some street noise at night.

Staying in the presidential suite offered a very comfortable king bed and stunning modern bathrooms. The location was excellent, close to public transport and local shops, making exploration easy. A notable touch was the warm welcome from the attentive staff and the guaranteed parking convenience. While the hotel is top-notch overall, it did feel that some common areas lacked a bit of charm, and a broader variety of breakfast options would enhance the experience.

Fantastic stay with great vibes!
Had an awesome 3 nights! The best part was defo the staff – so friendly, always ready to help! The breakfast was so good, I could eat it all day. Only thing was the driveway. it felt a bit tight. But what a lovely place to chill in Prague!

The second bed in the presidential suite was less than stellar—hard to walk around with all the furniture crammed in there. The parking garage is a puzzle, requiring precision driving to navigate the automatic lift system. Plus, prepare for the shock of no hot water on checkout day. it left a sour taste, especially when the explanations were a bit dodgy.

Family with children unique experience
The staff truly went above and beyond, explaining transportation options and providing us a late check-out which was a lifesaver. The breakfast was not just filling but had a remarkable variety that made it special every morning!
It wasn't inexpensive, but the quality was acceptable.

I was impressed by the elegant baroque style and the spacious layout of the hotel, which made it easy for me to navigate during my stay. It truly felt like a regal experience in the heart of the city.
Better accessibility features for seniors could enhance comfort.
